Short Intense Combo Workout 336


Difficulty level: 6-9 on a scale of 1-10 depending on weight being used and reps performed.

This is a shorty (compared to my regular routines). This routine is low impact and is not technically a cardio routine but it will get your heart rate pumping because of all the combo exercises where you will be working multiple muscles at the same time.
This routine targets the thighs, butt, biceps, triceps, shoulders. You will need dumbbells and a mat for this.
This is a workout that you can do at home or at the gym.
