夏以降この場所に行くことが出来ないため、残っていた動画を編集。
沼地を歩くと太ももと腹筋の筋トレになる。軟らかくて底がはっきり判るところではいいけど、判んない所へはまり込むと悲惨です。泥で汚れた後は身体を洗える清流でスッキリ。

If you walk in the swamp, you will have muscle training for your thighs and abs.
It is good where muscle training is soft and the bottom is clear. However, if you get stuck in a place you don’t understand, it’s miserable.
After getting dirty, clean your body with a clean stream.
